Have the Whole Place to Yourself
We host private functions on Saturday nights during the Christmas season, and outside our regular trading hours. Birthdays, work do’s, anniversaries, wakes, Christmas parties, whatever the occasion. You get the whole venue — indoor, courtyard, Battle Island games — for your guests only.
Food is our gourmet Neapolitan pizza, made fresh on the night. Shared platters on the tables, help yourselves. Deb finalises the menu a few weeks out based on what’s best at the time.
Book at least a month ahead. (packages are prices are subject to change)
The Packages
Standard Package — $25 per head
Minimum 20 guests. 4.5 hours, 5:30pm to 10pm.
Included
- Exclusive use of the whole venue
- Gourmet Neapolitan pizza — three meat and one vegetarian variety, shared style
- Access to Battle Island games
- PA system with Bluetooth (play your own playlist, or we’ll put something together)
- Tropical atmosphere, already there
Not included
- Drinks. Guests buy their own from the bar. Full cocktail menu, wine, beer, spirits, coffee, soft drinks.
Premium Package — $35 per head
Minimum 20 guests. Everything in the Standard Package, plus:
- Antipasto platters on arrival
- Dessert selection
Add-Ons
If you want extras:
- Bar tab — set it at whatever limit you like, we run it behind the bar. Recommended $15 per head.
- Live music / Karaoke — we can host and arrange
- Sound tech — for your live acts, $150 for the evening
- Gluten-free pizza bases — $3 per pizza, one week’s notice
- Vegan cheese option — $2 per pizza
Capacity
- Seated indoors: up to 42
- Cocktail style: up to 55
Cocktail style with access to both indoor and outdoor areas is what most functions go with. Small tables, mostly standing, everyone moves around.

Deposit: 25% to confirm the date. Full payment seven days before the event.
Minimum Spend: $1200 total

- Any AV, entertainment, or bar tab arrangements, two weeks out
Who We’re a Good Fit For
Our function packages suit milestone birthdays (30th and up), anniversaries, wedding receptions, wakes, work Christmas parties, club celebrations, and community group events. Anything where guests are there to eat, drink and enjoy the venue.
